What is XChat?
XChat is our AI sales agent for Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. It talks to your customers, shows them products, takes orders, and feeds everything into your store automatically. It's included in every plan.
How does AI Auto Call work?
Seconds after a customer places an order, our AI calls them in Bangla — greets them, names the product and price, and asks them to press 1 to confirm or 2 to talk to your agent. If no one picks up, the system retries 3–4 times automatically. You can use a built-in Bangla voice or record your own brand voice. AI Auto Call is included from Starter (shared numbers, ৳0.90/min). On Growth and above, you get a dedicated number — customers see the same caller ID every time, which dramatically improves answer rates. Scale and Empire add multi-number IVR routing and full call-center tooling. The same engine also calls back abandoned-cart shoppers to recover lost orders.
