About these terms
These terms apply when you use selorax.io or any SeloraX product, including the voice agents, XChat and SeloraX Commerce. By using them, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
If you have signed a separate agreement or order form with SeloraX, that agreement applies first, and these terms cover anything it doesn't.
Your account
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it.
Using SeloraX responsibly
You agree not to use SeloraX to:
- Call or message people who have asked you not to, send spam, or break telecom and consumer-protection rules in Bangladesh or anywhere else you operate.
- Record calls where the law requires consent you haven't obtained.
- Mislead people, impersonate someone, or commit fraud.
- Break the rules of the platforms you connect, such as Meta's WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram policies.
- Try to break into, overload, copy or reverse engineer SeloraX.
Your content and data
The data you bring to SeloraX, and the records it creates for you, stay yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and support the service.

AI output
Our AI agents are designed to be accurate, but AI can make mistakes. Check important information, prices and commitments before you rely on them. You decide how your agents behave and what they say to your customers.
Plans and payment
- Prices are on our pricing page or in the quote we send you, in Bangladeshi taka unless agreed otherwise.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Voice agents are charged on usage.
- If a payment is overdue, we may pause the service after giving you notice.
- Refunds follow the terms of your plan or agreement.
Other companies' services
SeloraX connects to services run by other companies, such as Meta, couriers, telecom carriers and payment providers. Their own terms apply to them, and we can't be responsible for their outages or decisions.
Changes and availability
We work to keep SeloraX running smoothly, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time, and we will give notice before removing something important you pay for.
Ending the service
You can stop using SeloraX at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
After an account closes, you can ask us for a copy of your data, and then to delete it.
Liability
SeloraX is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka will deal with any dispute.
